Hello Deer Canyon Families,

This year has been a busy one but there is so much to celebrate at Deer Canyon. Our dedicated teachers have been working diligently to provide enriching learning experiences, helping our students blossom into self-assured, capable individuals.

I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on some truly fantastic happenings at Deer Canyon! This week, our students joined in a midyear recess rodeo—what a blast! Here at Deer Canyon, our eagles truly SOAR, embodying our core values of being Safe, Organized, Achieving Excellence and Respecting themselves and others. It’s vital that we consistently remind our young learners of these expectations to nurture their positive behaviors. Taking time to reinforce the rules and expectations on the playground is a wonderful way to keep our students on their SOARing path.
